Heart On Earth is the continuation of a long line of work that began in 2019 with the release of my mixtape Heart On Ink followed by the 2022 release of the EP, “Heart On Fire”. This album is based on my personal real life events where I shed a light on my earthly experiences of love.
You'll hear a blend of sounds in R&B, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Funk, Afro, and Neo-Soul as I blend wordplay with beat selections from different producers. The project showcases the ability to create and complete an immersive solo body of work, with multiple producers located all around the world.
What I like most about this album... it's real, it's fun, it's me, and it's finally finished. Four years of a young love life, condensed into a quick debut.. yeah.
Heart On Earth could not, and did not happen solely by me alone... It was a combination of creative minds that went into this entire project.
Yes, the words on the songs, all the mixing, mastering, recording, and vocals where you specifically hear my voice are me (L'Sonne), but the producers... omg the producers in here are insane! A total of eleven different producers worked to create the instrumentals you hear behind my vocals. Thanks to them, and BeatStars we've been about to create something timeless.

Heart On Earth Debut Album Premiere was... fy- .. wate-.. ear-... that mf was fly. ok? we had a great time.. DJ Ocho Boomin came through and Tahj too, an awesome host. My friends were there.. it was pizza there.. and y'all know how I feel about pizza...
What I remembered the most is that feeling I had leading up to this event.. If it would it happen, how, who would be there. Even thinking about it right now gets me a bit worked up.. but when the day came I realized, Wow... that wasn't anxiety or fear about things going wrong.. it was excitement. Excited for this premiere and the night to commence.
I want to thank everybody that came to my premiere. It was a cool lil turn out. and it gave me a push to keep going.
Heart On Earth consists of 10 tracks, each in my personal opinion, could stand alone as a Single. Ten was the number I ended up landing on, because I wanted something longer than my first EP, but not too long.. something, somewhere, under an hour. This playlist ends up right around 36 minutes and maintains a good flow of sounds. I remember trynna figure out for the longest.. "how am i going to structure this thing? what song should be first.. second, last? what song should come after divine intervention? which one before it?! Do i use TMYS or no?? it was almost on the Heart On Fire EP.. maybe, maybe not?" Five years of thinking, and this is what I finally settled on... a waterfall. For this album and for all my projects, even the old ones the waterfall made sense, brought peace of mind.
Heart On Earth is the title, because... I really liked the idea of continuing with the elements. After 'Fire' I thought about, Water, Ice, Earth, Wind, and more.. but I think I settled on this in the end, because it was deeper than dirt, deeper than just.. another 'element', it's the planet we live on. So, with that in mind, it help me craft out more of what a heart, my heart, here, On Planet Earth, goes through, in regards to love. It's happens an acronym for HOE.. so, eh. I didn't really notice it until after the name stuck, but, still, however we spin it, call'm 'phases' or whatever. These pass four years have been a lot for me to handle. Learning love, making mistakes, getting hurt, its all a part of what happens when choosing to engage here on earth.
Heart On Earth was released as a SoundCloud Exclusive on August, 22, 2025. This was around the same time of year when the Heart On Fire EP was released in 2022.
The two singles (Tell Me You Single/TMYS and Divine Intervention) are currently available across all platforms, however, even those are being monitored closely and may be removed from a few places after a period of time... you should probably buy the album so you can have all the songs forever.. seems like the right thing to do... especially if you're still wanting to listen. Now that the album is complete and published where it'll be for a while...
